Decent place, but the honey milk tea I ordered was bitter as if they forgot the honey part. Every sip was followed by a bitter after taste. Would not recommend for their boba teas

I am giving this tiny place 2 stars, although probably 1.5 would be more accurate. The so-called "grilled chicken" sandwich had boiled, chewy meat (not sure it was chicken) tasting really bad. The fruit "tea" was simply fruit juice.
For the inedible sandwich and a small fruit juice ("tea"): $10.
The seating is very cramped by the main road, not appealing at all.
I don't think this place will last.
