McDonald's at 4625 Redwood Drive, Rohnert Park, California.

The ONLY reason I am giving this McDonald's 5 stars is because of their staff. Not the restaurant "manager" who manages NOTHING!! She leaves her staff ages ranging from 16-18 yes of age with NO support!!! But those left to fend for themselves step up yo the challenge, even when they run out of product. And this is a regular occurrence. They shine take care of their guest to the best of their abilities., with NO leader (GM, AGM), available to assist. By the way being a cell phone call away doesn't count. As a GM and a parent the lack of leadership at this location is SICKENING. And a New leader beads to be brought in. Not a manager, people that are managers can manage chickens, monkeys, goats... But a LEADER is needed, not a Farmer!!!

Ok place long lines slow going but the soft ice cream cones are worth it.
