Craig is very shady in his dealings. His prices seem to change with every email and phone call and then there's the, "Oh I forgot to include....." call that came on aperiodic basis. He takes responsibility for nothing. Everyone else is to blame. I suspect the only thing that keeps him in business is his crew of people who are very professional. I can well imagine how he treats them. We are now approaching the legal action stage of finalizing a price with him.
